Reporting on stale SharePoint content at site level is great, but getting a tenant-wide view of file inactivity enables you to make informed decisions about where to concentrate cleanup actions.
SProbot now provides insights into inactive content in two tenant-wide locations:
Health check - Inactive content
The Activity section of the Health check now includes a count of the total number of inactive files across all sites in SharePoint.

The Workspaces with most inactive files button takes you to the new Review where you can investigate in more detail.
Review - Inactive content
To enable you to identify sites which might warrant further investigation to clean up inactive content, the new Sites with many inactive files review gives you the ability to:
- Select an inactivity threshold - Filter to sites which have at least 25, 50 or 75% inactive content.
- Sort by inactivity - Sort by either number or percentage of inactive files.

Selecting a specific site enables you to use the detailed inactive files report to drill into the content and find specific files which could be cleaned up.

Additional report filters are now also available to enable you to find files by:
- Specific extensions
- Minimum size

Combined, these enhancements put more power into your hands to ensure that the data in your SharePoint environment is fresh and relevant, maximising user and Copilot success.
