You might have seen situations where sites are orphaned from their groups, or wanted to clean up sharing links with a scope of everyone in the organization. SProbot now addresses both these points.

Everyone sharing links

Sharing link reporting is now available for Everyone in the organization links, also known as EEEU (Everyone Except External Users) links. You can select this as a scope filter.

Group orphans

SProbot now gives you visibility of sites which are in this state as part of the Orphan cleanup tool. Sites which are not connected to a group anymore are flagged in the Group-orphaned column.

This flag is displayed whether the site has a site owner or not, enabling you to decide whether you want to take any further action.

If site ownership is sufficient for further management, you can simply select the site and choose to exclude it from the orphaned report.

What else is new?

Cleanup and Reports have been swapped around in the navigation. We know this might seem strange if you've become used to it 🙂, but most people tell us that they look at reports first (and use reports more), and then take cleanup actions based on what they see.
